We are spending our holidays in Birstonas, a city known for the many spa’s and different therapy’s available in the many hotels. We decided to try the cold chamber, a cryotherapy treatment available in Egle sanatorium. We had to get a doctor consultation and some protective clothing, before going to the -60 and -120°C chambers
